Wmode develops and operates ClearMode®, a Mobile Content Distribution Network that facilitates the management, control, delivery and payment of wireless Internet media. Wmode offers a suite of technologies and services on a managed service basis that enable mobile operators, content providers and media and brand companies to deliver a broad range of wireless Internet content and services to valued consumers. ClearMode enables rapid deployment of new and innovative revenue-generating services using a secure distribution network through which mobile operators, media and brand companies work in partnership with content providers.

Wmode, founded in September 2000, is a privately held company with offices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Bern, Switzerland.
