Reporting and Analytics

ClearMode reporting & analytics provides comprehensive reports for transactions, revenue, settlement and behavioral activity. Custom reports can be built by our professional services teams for your unique reporting requirements. In addition to revenue reporting and tracking, ClearMode technologies assist with reconciliation and settlement capabilities. Operators, media companies and content providers can review and generate reports that show transaction activity and revenue details.

Transaction and browse logs are stored on an Oracle DB platform and reports are available on-demand via a Web-interface. Reporting is divided into two separate modules; (1) ClearMode Business Intelligence Reporting and (2) ClearMode Consumer Analytics Reporting. The former reports on transactional sales revenue reports on a Cognos UE while the latter is built on Unica and focuses on consumer behavior reports identifying how customers engage your mobile properties. Consumer Analytics allows you to segment users based on behavioral activity and not just static profile information. This is useful for understanding and targeting niche consumers and ultimately, increase conversion efficiencies. Both reporting consoles have over 60+ comprehensive pre-defined reports and drill down details are a single mouse-click away.
