WMODE SUCCESSFULLY ENHANCES MOBILE SERVICE USAGE BY INTEGRATING CLEARMODE CONSUMER ANALYTICS
Las Vegas, Nevada - April 2, 2009 - Wmode, the developer and operator of the ClearMode® managed service, a leading provider of mobile content services and solutions, announced today that they have been successfully operating ClearMode® Consumer Analytics for the past year with several of their customers. The service retrieves information from the mobile operator’s network that is used to analyze all on/off portal browse and purchase behaviour of the mobile portals and storefront services including ring back tunes, videos, games, music, ring tones and others.
ClearMode® Consumer Analytics provides mobile operators with a multitude of information for improving the services it provides to its subscribers, ultimately increasing customer effectiveness and driving service adoption and purchase conversion rates much higher. Together, both Wmode and their partners have gained great insight into the consumer’s purchase and browse behaviour, effectiveness of merchandizing strategies, efficiency of the various retail channels and overall service utilization. Based on the data collected, Wmode supplies its customers with a wide array of custom dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behaviour and enable personalized user experiences and targeted promotions.
